When did you start working for March 2019
What’s your background? i.e. Qualifications, past experience Originally trained for the Royal Air Force but decided to pursue a career within IT instead. I gained a Level 3 Diploma in Public Services at MPCT Bridgend. I then went on to do my AS Level in IT. I worked in a Customer Service Role at McDonald’s for just over two years from 2017 and then I finally landed my dream job here at Pisys in 2019!
What does your role include on a day to day basis? Engaging with customers to resolve day to day requirements such as creating new accounts, folder permissions, adding network devices and unlocking accounts.
What are your hobbies outside of work? All I do is Eat, Sleep, Game, Repeat
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? "Je parle un haut niveau de la langue Française" - I speak a high level of the French Language.
