What’s your background? i.e. Qualifications, past experience Completed Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships with Pisys achieving diplomas in ICT Professional Competence, 5 years ICT experience, Comptia A+ 801/802.
What does your role include on a day to day basis? My role includes receiving any escalated calls from the fast response team and to investigate and resolve an issue for the customer which may seem difficult and needs more time spent on the call.
What are your hobbies outside of work? My hobbies include playing a lot of football, socialising with friends and playing my Playstation 4.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? I used to be a Professional gamer competing in world league competitions on my old Xbox 360 console in Call of Duty.
