The IT Secret of Successful SMEs

Many SME businesses start off from the same position.

One person or a small team undertaking all aspects of the business – sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT…

Soon, the business grows – new customers, more staff – yet in many instances, the “founding members” continue to take a hands-on approach to these business-critical functions.
