On a Monday morning, everything felt normal. Staff logged in as usual. Emails started flowing. Orders came in. The business opened its doors and got on with the day.
By lunchtime, things felt a bit odd.

A couple of people couldn’t access files they needed. Some systems were running painfully slowly. By mid-afternoon, screens were freezing, phones were ringing, and no one quite knew what was safe to touch.
Later, the business had to shut early…
