We are proud to announce that we have recently appointed Antony Worsley to the role of Business Development Manager for our Print Division as we look to grow this area of the business.
Based out of the head office in Swansea, Tony will cover South West Wales working with businesses of all sizes to help with their printing needs.
Here is an interview we recently did with Tony:
What’s your background?
When I left college, I secured a management training position with Midlands Electricity Board (MEB) before 4 years in the Royal Marine’s serving in Northern Ireland, Falklands and several other locations worldwide before returning to the MEB obtaining a Degree in Business Studies. When the electricity boards de-nationalised in 1993 I moved into the world of mobile communications and print working for brands such as Lexmark, Vodafone, Orange, Sony Ericsson in the UK, Australia and the USA before setting up my own business in 2011. My passion is helping people get the best from technology to help their businesses be more successful.
Why did you join PiSYS?
Having worked closely with the management team at PiSYS for several years on joint projects and with their desire to find a specialist to head up their print division especially with my expertise in printing solutions from my tenure with Lexmark, merging my telecoms business with PiSYS seemed a natural step with everyone excited and the prospect.
What does your role include on a day to day basis?
Managed Print Sales, Account Management and business ambassador
What are you hoping to achieve?
PiSYS have an excellent reputation in their current fields of expertise and are well positioned to deliver managed print services. As an IT, focused business, a printer is another device to manage on a customer’s network so their knowledge and expertise in handling printer related matters enables them to deliver a premium service and sets them apart from other competitors in the marketplace. I see my role as one of ambassador to introduce managed print solutions into new and existing clients and I am looking to put PiSYS at the forefront of managed print services in the area for businesses of all sizes.
That’s a good question. I believe this to be because of the knowledge of PiSYS and the strong relationships we have developed with them, what they deliver, how they deliver it, what is important to them and their clients and why they have been so successful to date. I bring a further dynamic with my local knowledge and the reputation that my own business had developed and my approach and work ethic which aligns seamlessly. With more than 35 years in business, managing organisations all over the world, I firmly believe the manta is the same, work with your contacts and clients to help them achieve their goals, be it with simple and advice and direction or a combination of using the products, services and technologies that you provide. Be responsive and proactive in all matters and always have your client’s best interests at heart.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Walking, photography, technology and watching and sometimes playing sport

I was close to the World Trade Centre building on 9/11
